The Perks4Care management team has spent most of its career in the home health care market. We started out as owners and managers of home care agencies from 1985-1999. Between 1999-2014, the team designed and supported agency management systems for Private Duty, Medicaid and Medicare home care providers, serving hundreds of clients including some of the largest franchise systems and corporate operators in the USA. Our team was known as one of the best when it came to customer service and custom designed software solutions for challenging operational needs. We have brought that industry experience to Perks4Care, but understand there is still much more to learn from our clients.
Joe spent the first six years of his career at GE Capital where he supported and developed systems for GE’s financial services businesses, as well as graduated from GE’s Information Systems Management Program (ISMP). After earning his MBA, Joe shifted for a few years from developing to consulting, working for public and private clients in Police & Fire Records Management, E-911 Systems and finally Home Health Care. Joe helped home care companies select and implement home care systems from 1994-1999. As a software developer with home care experience, he designed a system for Private Duty agencies and launched Visitrax in 1999 and, with the help of a talented team at Stratis, its successor Soneto in 2008. By 2014, the company had served 500+ agencies with Private Duty, Medicare, and Medicaid clients. In July 2014, the company was sold to AOD Software, which later was sold to MatrixCare (now a ResMedcompany). Joe holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA from UCLA. He served as Board Member of the American Association of Caregiving Youth from 2010-2020 (aacy.org), where he continues to get great enjoyment from mentoring caregiving youth. He also enjoys boating, fishing, and softball in South Florida.

Linda began her career in home health care right out of college with Kelly Assisted Living and rose to the level of District Manager, responsible for 25 agencies in her region. Later, Linda and partners founded FirstChoice HealthCare Network where she was VP Operations and grew the company in both Medicare and Private Duty in Palm Beach and Broward counties Florida. In 1997 the company was sold to an investment group. For the next 2 years, Linda provided consulting services for both new and existing home health and home care agencies in all aspects of agency operations. In 1999, Linda joined Stratis Business Systems to help design and market their agency management software Visitrax (1999-2008) and Soneto (2008-2019). Under her leadership, the company grew rapidly while never compromising on quality or customer service. Since the sale of the company in 2014, Linda has continued her work as a consultant for technology and legal firms focused on the home care market. Linda holds a BA in Healthcare Administration from Florida Atlantic University. She enjoys traveling, volunteering and her Orange Theory Fitness classes.
